Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketer with over 6+ years of
hands-on experience in the digital marketing domain. The ideal candidate will be an expert in
driving ROI-focused campaigns across various digital channels, including Meta Ads, Google
Ads, PPC, AMS and Email Marketing. You will play a crucial role in designing, executing,
and optimizing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention,
while maximizing return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
 Campaign Strategy & Execution:
o Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across
Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, AMS and PPC channels.
o Execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, and
performance analysis.
o Collaborate with creative and content teams to create compelling ad copy,
visuals, and landing pages optimized for conversions.

 Performance Optimization:
o Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA,
ROAS, and conversion rates.
o Continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, targeting, ad creatives,
and landing pages to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
o Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.
 Budget Management:
o Manage and allocate budgets across various channels to maximize ROI.
o Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and on time, while meeting
performance goals.
 Analytics & Reporting:
o Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to track
and report on campaign performance.
o Provide detailed reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign
performance, including recommendations for improvement.
o Stay updated with the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and best
practices to ensure campaigns remain effective and compliant.

 Collaboration:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, product,
and sales, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
o Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to supplement in-
house capabilities.

Qualifications:

 Experience: 6+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on
performance marketing.

 Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, AMS
and PPC campaign management.
o Expertise in email marketing platforms
o Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user journey
mapping.
o Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, and ability to interpret
data to drive insights.

 Soft Skills:
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Strong communication and presentation skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment.
o Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and
deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience in managing large/small-scale budgets with a proven track record of
delivering strong ROI.
 Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms.
 Experience in managing affiliate marketing programs.
